Georgia GOP voters support populist anti-left corporate agenda

Republican voters in Georgia continue to say they prefer populist political solutions to combat institutional influence over national elections, the immigration system, and social issues.

A series of voting questions in Georgia on Tuesday asked Republicans whether they support initiatives that criticize the influence of multinational corporations on public policy.

For example, one question was: “Florida passed a law prohibiting social media platforms from influencing political campaigns by censoring candidates. Should Georgia pass such a law to protect freedom of expression in political campaigns?”

Major Technology Censorship (BNN Edit)

85% of GOP voters said Georgia should pass a law that protects political candidates from corporate censorship by giant tech conglomerates such as Twitter, Facebook, YouTube and Instagram.

Another voting question asked GOP voters whether they supported a merit-based legal immigration system as outlined in Senator Tom Cotton’s R-AR RAISE Act, as opposed to the current randomized system favored by corporate America.

“Two of the three current federal work visa programs are based on a lottery. Should federal work visas be based on skills instead? “Read the question.

Similarly, more than 86 percent of GOP voters said they prefer merit-based legal immigration over visa lottery programs that companies have fought to maintain for years.

In women’s sports, 97 percent of GOP voters said they were opposed to the National Collegiate Athletic Association’s (NCAA) view that biological males should be allowed to compete against biological females.

“Biological males identified as females began participating in women’s sports. Should schools in Georgia allow biological males to participate in women’s sports? “Read the question.

Only three percent of GOP voters took a position in the NCAA.

The voting questions prove that, as previous analyzes have shown, the core of the Republican Party, made up of working-class and middle-class Americans, remains an economic populist with a strong conservative cultural stance.
