The operator NOS has announced this Friday that it has registered its capital increase for 850 million euros, bringing the company’s share capital to 855.1 million euros, according to a statement.
In the note, the company indicates that, in compliance with the agreements reached at the general meeting, on April 21, the company “submitted to the commercial registry the operation to increase its share capital from 5,151,613.80 euros to 855,167 890.80 euros, total amount being the increase of 850,016,277.00 euros, in the form of incorporation of reserves, by increasing the par value of all the representative shares from 0.01 euros to 1.66 euros, which has already been registered in the Mercantile Registry”.
According to the company, “the operationalization of this change will be carried out with the Central de Valores Mobiliários on September 20, 2022”.
