Strike. ANA works to reduce waiting times at Faro airport

ANA – Aeroportos de Portugal assured this Friday that it is working to reduce long waiting times and the accumulation of passengers from outside the European Union at Faro airport, due to the strike of officials.

The same source clarified that the airport teams were mobilized to provide support to passengers and reduce the inconvenience caused by long waiting times, such as water supply or assistance to passengers with greater mobility difficulties.

“The teams are in permanent contact with the competent authorities and the airlines,” said the company, highlighting that this situation was exclusive to Faro and did not occur in any other national airport.
