Treasure hunter Sean Marshall found a very old and rare necklace dating back over 120 years, containing images of the British royal family, in a field in Chelmsford, Essex, and although the years have passed, it still has the same shine .

This rare necklace has caught the attention of the person who found it, due to its distinctive design.
The necklace is made of copper and is in the shape of a book with moving pages, containing 6 black and white photographs, and belongs to Queen Victoria, her son King Edward VII and his wife Alexandra.
On the cover of the book is an inscription that reads “The 1902 Coronation”, indicating that the necklace was made for the coronation of King Edward VII, a year after Queen Victoria’s death. The second was from 1901 and he chose to be crowned Edward instead of Albert.
Speaking exclusively to the Daily Mail, the man who found the necklace said: “The necklace looks in good condition, especially in the photos. I was very surprised and pleased that it kept its condition. I think the wax paper helped preserve it.”
