Jonah Hill refused to promote the film out of concern. He refuses his job. He calls the patients. I can’t go to work today because I’m worried. He ignores his duties to others because “if I go out there and make myself worse by promoting him, I’m not going to be honest with myself or the movie.”
Well, Mr. Rich and Exclusive: While others carry your burden, please stay true to yourself by bingeing on Netflix, eating ice cream, and talking about yourself in therapy.
Do you want to know what worries ordinary people – that is, normal people? When we disappoint others. When we fail to meet our obligations. Oh, and the idea of dropping your pants in front of the world because of our personal problems – especially when the world is our oyster.
Wherever you look today, there are rich actors or celebrities whining, crying and pretending to be victims. Oh my God; I’m rich, I’m famous, I’m healthy, I’m single, I have a dream job – and above all, I’m a victim.
Look at any extreme left-wing Hollywood action and you’ll read how a rich and famous actor complains about how hard his life is, how he’s a victim of oppression, racism, sexism or whatever. they can make it to play that particular card.

Odenkirk suffered a heart attack while filming last year, but here he is filled with gratitude, humility, and appreciation. He can now turn off the camera and laugh at everything he says. He may hate fans and consider himself bigger and better than any stupid TV show or colleague. Bob Odenkirk may be the most selfish, intolerant and ungrateful narcissist in history. (I bet this is my house but I’m trying to convey my point.) However, he is wise enough to appear humble and grateful.
It doesn’t matter what Odenkirk looks like in real life – even if he seems like a decent guy – because we love his public personality. He is nice, normal, decent, modest, generous and grateful. Besides his formidable talent, this generosity had a lot to do with his success and longevity.
You know, I read a lot of biographies, dozens a year, and I would say most of the myths of antiquity are empty, selfish, prickly, selfish and unattractive. But then those same people were smart enough to hide those traits and the studios worked overtime to polish their image as the good guys.
You see, one of the reasons many of these false people are myths is because they have something called class. Whenever a bystander was around, they would smile, thank and belittle themselves. They know these qualities are necessary to win the public, which is what you need to enjoy a long career and become a legend. Then it’s all Bob Odenkirks. Bob Odenkirk used to be the norm, not the exception.
However, now almost all of them are whining and victimized and oh poor me Moreover my life is so hard. And therefore their glory is limited; why, aside from their little bubble of fame, the general public has no idea who they are, why their shelf life will never match that of Denzel Washington or Sandra Bullock.
