He said: “Deficiency of this vitamin in the body leads to impaired absorption, malnutrition and digestive problems. Therefore, everyone should eat foods containing this vitamin. The most important sources of vitamin B12 are liver, spleen, kidneys, trout, tuna, milk, cheese, yogurt and eggs. ” .

He added that a person may not notice or feel the deficiency of this vitamin, until their deficiency worsens. Vitamin B12 deficiency can cause depression, paranoia, hallucinations, memory loss, sense of smell and taste, and incontinence.
