In a press release sent to the Lusa agency, the Coimbra City Council indicated that this collaboration protocol “is a fundamental piece” in the preparation of the concerts of the British band Coldplay in Coimbra, serving to “place the city in the route of the great events”.

“As relevant as the income and the economic return for the city, is the fact that these concerts constitute a strategic product for tourism in Coimbra, not only because of the enormous capacity to attract visitors, but also because of the catalytic effect within the city. himself”, he justifies himself.
