An illegal alien is accused of killing a man in a drunken car crash on Mother’s Day in Wichita, Kansas.
Alanso Garcia-Amaia, a 33-year-old illegal alien, was arrested and charged with manslaughter for drunk driving last week for allegedly killing 42-year-old Don Kirk with a drunk driver.
According to police, Garcia Amaya was intoxicated when she collided with the SUV. After the two vehicles collided, Kirk stopped at the side of the road and settled into the back of his vehicle in front of the SUV.
The accident trapped Kirk between two vehicles and he died at the scene.

Today the Angel family mourn the loss of a loved one.
“I can’t believe it… He tried everything for this. He was very happy, full of love, happy. Whatever he has, he will give you everything,” Marva Sinclair, Kirk’s sister, told KSNW.
Kirk’s aunt, Helen Armstrong, described Kirk as an “idiot” who wanted to make his family and friends laugh.
“He always sent me pictures and always texted me. I talked to him three or four times a day,” Armstrong said.
Garcia Amaya was imprisoned in Sedgwick County Jail. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) detained him for possible arrest and deportation if he is released at any time.
