On Friday, the Supreme Court overturned Rowe vs. Wade to decide Dobbs v. Jackson Women’s Health Organization The right to elective abortion was not included in the constitution and the issue of abortion was returned to the legislatures of all 50 states.
The Conservatives accepted the resolution, among them R. Barry Moore (R-AL).
In an interview on mobile radio FM Talk 106.5, Moore praised the decision but reminded listeners that the decision would not be possible Friday without former President Donald Trump’s appointment to Supreme Court Justices Brett Kavanaugh, Neil Gorsuch and Amy Coney Barrett.
“I’m excited,” he said. “You know, 50 years in the making. In fact, I recently told the film crew below that I see killing our unborn children for 50 years as a curse in our country. I think this is good for America’s future, and I think some states will definitely do what they want to do about it. But the people are returned to the state. And I think many rules and laws belong to local communities. But for us, we’re definitely celebrating, and it’s definitely an interesting freshman here in Washington. ”
“Dude, we haven’t had much success with Pelosi, Schumer, and President Biden as Republicans in the White House,” Moore continued. “But I can tell you this: I have long realized that the three justices of the Supreme Court will have a huge impact on the future of America. And these elections should have been made by Hillary Clinton or Donald Trump. Man, what a good day for our country. And at least the president , deserves a lot of credit for bringing three honorable judges to trial And man, what a great day for America.
