Caraballo, who teaches technology law as part of the law school’s “clinical” program that gives students hands-on experience, tweeted:

Caraballo countered the criticism, distinguishing between “assault” and inflicting violence, by sharing (acceptably) a video of Senator Ted Cruz (R-TX) being harassed at a restaurant.

Caraballo also successfully shared the message that the call for the trial of Supreme Court judges is not against Twitter’s policies:

George Washington University Law School expert Jonathan Turley disagreed with Caraballo’s call for prosecution:

As Campus Reform notes, Caraballo was also a supporter of censorship. to search Twitter’s ban on the popular conservative website “Libs of TikTok” as a “terrorist” business because it shows what liberals have to say about themselves.

I support people’s right to protest for justice, but just because you have this right doesn’t mean you can’t abuse it. It is wrong and dangerous to prosecute and prosecute judges and judges just because you don’t like their results. Most Americans resent this behavior, and we should collectively condemn those who seek to achieve their own punitive justice.

This persecution is more likely to turn into violence as more leftists publicly call for aggressive protests and clashes. There are many unstable people who would accept such calls as permission to resort to violence. A judge or judges do not have to risk their family to serve in our courts. These scholars foster a passionate sense of justice that will do indescribable damage to our judicial system and the rule of law.

Last year, Harvard Law School named Caraballo “one of the first bi-colour trans women to teach at Harvard Law School.”
