In 2023, the main features of the uniform of the future soldier in the Russian army will be revealed.
And the Russian “Novosti” agency reported that the Russian “Zeni Touchmash” Scientific Research Institute began work on designing a new generation of Russian military uniforms after the decision of the Russian Ministry of Defense on this issue.
While the Institute does not explain the components of the new uniform, the subject will become clear after the completion of scientific research on this path, that is, after 2023.
The Russian agency “Novosti” recalled that the units of the Russian army are currently receiving the “Ratnik” uniform of the second generation. As for the “Tsni Touch” Mash institute, it will continue to design the “Sotnik” uniform for the third generation.
It is worth noting that the Russian state agency “Rostec” announced that the helmet, which used to be included in the “Ratnik” uniform of the Russian soldier, is more effective than its counterparts in the NATO armies. A spokesperson for the Russian Defense Industry Complex said that in October 2021, Russia’s “Novosibirsk” precision instruments factory revealed augmented reality glasses received by soldiers in the Russian army.
