A phenomenon that reinforces the belief of some that they are “aliens” from extraterrestrials!

A group of people believe they are “star stars” or “star seeds” who came to Earth from other dimensions to heal the planet and lead humanity to a “Golden Age”, a time of happiness and prosperity.

It may sound crazy, but an internet search for the term yields more than 4 million results, and there are dozens of people posting videos on TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook thinking they’re is from another world. In fact, #starseed content has over 1 billion views on TikTok.

Unlike the “Earth Spirits” who are said to be reincarnated on Earth, the “Starseeds” believe they were awakened from another planet to be born here. They are conduits between the divine realms and the earth and can be transferred between galaxies through meditation.

He also believes that he can communicate in the “light language,” a form of communication that is said to transcend human boundaries and is the language of the soul.

The idea is attributed to author Brad Steiger, who writes extensively about the vast unknown and is deeply concerned about alien life and aliens. In his 1976 book Gods of Aquarius, Steiger introduced the idea that some people come from other dimensions.

Believers say there are several ways to know if you are “star class.” It includes a search for the meaning of life and a sense of belonginglessness. Being spiritual and having strong intuition (knowledge) are also characteristics of the seed.

They are also said to have more physical and mental health problems because they are gentle and sensitive and their souls are not used to having a human body. The starseeds want to help humanity. But life on Earth consumes and neutralizes them, so they recharge by spending time alone.

They also say that stars have a desire to explore and experience new cultures and spaces, helping people bring new visions of existence. Examples include ideas about ancient civilizations and aliens, as well as new (conspiracy) theories about society and holistic health interventions.

choose your truth

In the description above, you will recognize some aspects of yourself. For example, many people talk about finding meaning in life, with occasional feelings of detachment or not belonging.

In fact, research shows that a low sense of belonging is often associated with depression. But what makes some people with these feelings come to the conclusion that they must be from another planet? Especially considering that there is no extraterrestrial life and no evidence that alien life has ever visited Earth.

Welcome to the Fourier effect. It is named after the psychologist Bertram Forer, who first discovered that it is very easy for people to impose a vague description of themselves.

The starseed concept is a form of New Age belief. The term refers to alternative spiritual practices developed in the 1970s.

Although New Age beliefs differ, the philosophies share certain characteristics: they view existence from a cosmic perspective and focus on the spiritual as well as the self. Think crystals, energy healing, and psychic abilities.

Other attributes include reincarnation, karma, and access to higher levels of consciousness.

And support for New Age beliefs like starseeds is growing. It stems from a distrust of science and skepticism about traditional views of reality. Especially poking fun at modern society and trying to find meaning in life.

fantasy against fantasy

Certain personality traits may also make some people believe in the star seed concept. For example, if you are into fantasy and often mix fiction and real events, you may find the theory of spatial consciousness profound and fascinating.

Psychologically, this is known as the source tracking error, a type of unconscious memory error where the true and the real are confused with the false and imagined.

It is common in schizophrenia, and research has found links between schizotypal personality disorder, a mild form of schizophrenia, and belief in conspiracy theories.

Another effect that can drive such beliefs is the so-called ontological confusion. This happens when people cannot distinguish between metaphorical and factual statements such as “Old tools know something about the past”.

It can be interpreted literally rather than figuratively, increasing the likelihood that people will endorse pseudo-scientific and cross-border theories.

This is especially true when the source of the information is seen as reliable and knowledgeable. This is known as the Einstein effect, where reliable sources of information are given more credibility because of the social credibility they have.

In the case of Star Seeds, the sheer number of books published by mainstream publishers can provide a sense of originality as well as the fact that some of them are bestsellers.

In fact, life as we know it may not be as simple as we thought.
