The districts of Porto, Viana do Castelo, Lisbon, Leiria, Aveiro, Coimbra and Braga are under red notice until 3:00 p.m. on Friday due to rough seas, with northwesterly waves expected with a significant height of seven to eight meters, which They can reach a maximum height of 14/15 meters.
