The minister explained that the issue of Alqueva was not discussed at the meeting on Wednesday, as there is already an agreement between Portugal and Spain and the technical work has been carried out by the Portuguese Environment Agency (APA), by the competent General Directorate and by the Alqueva Development and Infrastructure Company (EDIA).
