On Friday, Dave Weigel, someone Mail Left-wing activists retweeted a rather hilarious joke from another Twitter user. The tweet read, “Every woman is bisexual.” “You just have to know if you’re polar or sexy.”

After YouTubers took to Twitter to protest the lies, Mail had to change:

Then came one more fix, really big fix:
The first published version of this story incorrectly stated that internet bloggers Alite Mazeika and ThatUmbrellaGuy were contacted for comment prior to publication. They even asked Mazeika on Instagram. After the news broke, The Post continued to receive comments from Mazeika via social media, asking ThatUmbrellaGuy for the first time. In the process, The Post removed the incorrect statement from history but did not mark it as removed, which violates our corrections policy. The story has been updated to indicate that Mazeika declined to comment on this story and ThatUmbrellaGuy received no comment.
An earlier version of this story also did not fully attribute the quote to Johnny Depp’s attorney, Adam Waldman. The excerpt describes how he interacted with several influencers on the internet and was removed.
Even this change is wrong. Lorenz Hindi Try contacting Mazeika before posting, and Fox News saw timestamps of Lorenz’s connections after posting to prove it.
