Queen Elizabeth II rides a horse again after appearing publicly with a cane

The 96-year-old monarch was seen riding a horse this week after appearing in public with a cane during the Platinum Jubilee. The queen had already been advised to stop this practice due to her health condition about nine months ago.

A source told Britain’s The Sun newspaper that “the queen loved being back with her horse“.

The passion for chivalry was instilled in Elizabeth II from an early age. When he was just 3 years old, in 1929, he was offered a pony and since then he has been fascinated with these animals. The monarch herself used to be a part of Trooping the Color, a military tradition involving animals, but in recent years she has been replaced by her family.

Despite her mobility problems and having been infected with Covid-19 in April, the queen has always appeared publicly smiling.

During the Platinum Jubilee celebrations, the Queen promised to continue serving the monarchy “with best of skills and supported by family,” he tells the DailyMail.
