According to Deadline reports, August is said to mark the start of mass layoffs, and the first wave is expected next week as the honeymoon period of the newly reunited media empire comes to an end.
Thousands of workers are expected to be affected by the layoffs, which are expected to last until Thanksgiving.
A long period of bitterness followed when CEO David Zaslav cleaned up the mess with the promise of at least $3 billion in savings.
