The United Nations and UNICEF have condemned the mass shooting at a primary school in Ovaldi, Texas, in which 19 children were killed.
“The Secretary-General has expressed great shock and sadness at the news of the heinous shooting at Ovaldi Elementary School in Texas,” a spokesman for the United Nations Secretary-General António Guterres said in a statement.
