The fifth joint ministerial meeting of the strategic dialogue between the Gulf Cooperation Council and Russia began today, Wednesday, June 1, in the city of Riyadh, with the participation of Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov.
The meeting at the Gulf Cooperation Council headquarters in the Saudi capital (152nd session of the Gulf Cooperation Council of Ministers) took place in light of the visit of the Russian Minister to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The meeting will be chaired by the Minister of Foreign Affairs and Chairman of the session, Prince Faisal bin Farhan bin Abdullah Al Saud. It was held with the participation of Nayef Falah Mubarak Al-Hajraf. .
Al-Hajraf said the council of ministers will discuss a series of follow-up reports on the implementation of previously published council decisions, as well as issues related to the dialogues. and strategic relations between GCC countries and international countries and blocs. . , in addition to the latest regional and international developments and developments in the region.
