The decision of the Council of the European Union, announced today, provides for a six-month period to ban the supply of crude oil and an eight-month period for the import of petroleum products.

The document notes that Bulgaria and Croatia will receive “temporary exemptions for offshore shipments of crude oil from Russia.” Among the new restrictive measures:

– Ban on broadcasting in Europe of TV channels Russia RTR / RTR Planet, Russia 24 and TV Center-International, while maintaining the ability to continue the work of their employees.

Prohibition on consulting, auditing and public relations services

– Restrict access to cloud services

Those whose names will be added to the lists of personal sanctions will be disclosed and the document will be published today in the Official Journal of the European Union, which means that the sanctions will come into force.
