Today, Saturday, the channel “Channel News Asia” reported that Shanghai authorities have begun again conducting inspections in Corona for almost all residents of the city of 25 million.
The Shanghai government has ordered residents of 15 of the city’s 16 districts to undergo a trial in Corona, while residents of five districts are prohibited from leaving their homes before conducting tests.
It comes just days after Shanghai returned to its normal life after two months of serious general closures last week. And the health service reported today, Saturday, that in the past two days, 7 new Corona virus infections with symptoms have been recorded, mainly because 6 of them have been recorded outside quarantine areas.
In addition, 9 new asymptomatic infections were recorded.
In this regard, the capital of Beijing registered 36 new cases of the virus with symptoms and 25 cases without symptoms, compared to 7 cases of symptoms and one infection without symptoms the previous day. New infections were found in 14 of the city’s 16 districts.
And because of the large number of new infections, Beijing began tightening last Thursday, after just two weeks of easing restrictions on the city. In total, China has recorded 210 new corona cases in mainland China in the past 24 hours, compared to 151 injuries the previous day.
