The director of the US Office of National Information said the situation in the southern Ukrainian city of Kherson is less stable for Russia than previously thought.

Gazprom cuts exports and EU prepares to live without Russian energy

Russian passports issued in Donetsk
Separatist authorities in the Donetsk region have started issuing Russian passports to Ukrainian citizens living in the region, Russian state news agency Interface confirmed.
