Saudi Arabia banned a senior Iranian official from performing Hajj


Yesterday, Monday, the process of grouping 39,635 Iranian pilgrims to the holy shrines ended when the Saudi authorities refused to issue entry visas to the representative of the Islamic jurist, the head of the Iranian Hajj delegation, Hojjat al-Islam Abdullah. The Saudi authorities set conditions for this year’s Hajj season, including that the pilgrim must be 65 years old or younger, and this condition was removed from the heads of the Hajj delegations and their staff, and calls were also made in this regard. According to Fars news agency, in recent days and until yesterday, it did not come to fruition.

After the completion of the grouping of Iranian pilgrims yesterday, Monday, the representative of the Islamic jurist, the head of Iran’s Hajj delegation, Hojjat al-Islam Abdul Fattah Nawab, 65 years old, has been unable to participate in this year’s Hajj season for several months, and appointed him to manage the affairs of Iran’s Hojjat al-Islam mission. Wal-Muslimin has entrusted the Hujjat al-Islam.
