Hans Kluge, Belgian doctor and director of the World Health Organization (WHO) for Europe, visited the city of Dnipro, Ukraine. According to Sky News, the visit included passing through hospitals attacked by Russian forces.

Kluge was “sad” and “outraged” by the consequences of the attacks on medical infrastructure. Sky News quotes the Belgian doctor as saying attacks of this kind are “a very clear violation of international law.”
