The North American president stressed that the tanks will strengthen the “Ukraine’s ability to defend its territory” and to achieve their “strategic objectives”, helping not only in their offensives to “recapture territory”, but also to respond effectively to Russian attacks. “We haven’t seen a war this brutal in a long time,” Joe Biden said.
