The Los Angeles 2028 Paralympic Games will feature the same 22 disciplines present in the competitive framework of the Paris 2024 Games, which were also on the Tokyo 2020 program, the International Paralympic Committee (IPC) announced Monday.

According to the rules, the organizing committee of the Los Angeles 2028 Games can propose the inclusion of one or more sports in the program, which will have to be analyzed by the IPC until the end of this year.
Athletics, badminton, wheelchair basketball, boules, canoeing, cycling, wheelchair fencing, blind football, goal, weightlifting, judo, swimming, paradoma, rowing, wheelchair rugby, taekwondo, wheelchair tennis wheels, table tennis, shooting, archery, triathlon and sitting volleyball will be the sports present in the competition that in 2028, in the United States.
At the Tokyo 2020 Paralympic Games, held in 2021 due to the covid-19 pandemic, badminton and taekwondo debuted on the Paralympic program.
