Vox does not agree with the change in the regulations of the Congress of Deputies to include Catalan, Galician and Basque as official languages and the 33 deputies left the room as soon as they heard these languages.
The 33 Vox deputies left the plenary session this Tuesday when José Ramón Gómez Besteiro, from the PSOE, began to speak in Galician. The plenary session intended to discuss and approve the use of other official Spanish languages in the chamber, but Vox did not agree that the deputy had done so before the vote. The proposal ended up being approved, with 179 votes in favor and 171 against.reported the newspaper El País.
