Airport chaos has been a theme this summer. The faster-than-expected resumption of travel caught airports and airlines by surprise. As a result of flight delays and cancellations.
According to data compiled by the Mabrian consultancy, and considering the flights that were scheduled on June 14 and July 5 with those actually carried out between July 1 and 15, Portugal had a total of 116 canceled flights, equivalent to 1.25% of connections. Of the countries analysed, only Spain has a lower percentage.
