After Moscow repeatedly threatened to destroy the West with a nuclear weapon, the Department of Emergency Management in New York, in the United States, made a short one-minute video with the main recommendations.

Three of the tips are very easy to memorize:

New York City Mayor Eric Adams said he approved of what the Department of Emergency Management did and that it is “take the necessary measures after what happened in Ukraine”.
