The justice agents will be on strike this Tuesday in the judicial courts of Lisbon, Porto and Ponta Delgada, between 9 and 12:30 p.m., for reasons related to career, retirement, occupation of positions and professional situation.
The strike, called by the Union of Justice Officials (SOJ), will also take place on Thursday afternoon (1:30-5:00 p.m.) in the judicial centers of Coimbra, Funchal and Almada.
According to the union (SOJ), in both strike periods, hundreds of steps are scheduled, involving more than a thousand procedural actors.
The full provision of vacant positions, the opening of competition for promotion and access to all categories whose positions are vacant, the inclusion in the salary of the procedural recovery supplement with effect from January 1, 2021, the regulation of early retirement and the specific retirement regime and the presentation of a proposal to review the Statute that dignifies the profession are the demands of this guild, which promises to continue the fight in defense of the interests of justice operators.
