OECD energy inflation turns positive for the first time since April 2023

The highest rates, in addition to Turkey, were those of Colombia (7.4%, although with a drop of three tenths) and Mexico (4.4%, like the previous month).

Energy inflation rose to 0.6% in March from a fall of 0.5% in February.

Regarding energy inflation in the organization in March, the OECD states that in addition to being positive for the first time since April 2023, it increased in 28 countries of the organization, 12 of which were left with negative energy inflation, as prices continued falling slowly. including the United Kingdom, Italy and the United States.
