The Jardim Sonoro festival, formerly called Lisb-On, returns to Lisbon between this Friday and Sunday for the 7th edition, after a two-year break forced by Covid-19, in a new space: the Parque Florestal de Monsanto.
After six editions in Parque Eduardo VII, Lisboa-On “blooms with a new name, Jardim Sonoro, and with a new concept “Mixed with nature” [Misturado com a Natureza, em português]” and “changes the roots of the Keil do Amaral Garden in Monsanto, the lung of Lisbon and an idyllic natural setting for the emergence of new flora,” the organization announced in July.
The three stages will remain in the new venue, but there will be “more music with more artists, more hours of dancing and more space”.
The poster for the 7th edition, which should have taken place in 2020, includes artists, national and foreignmusical styles ranging from “ambient to techno, through jazz, soul, funk, pop and hip-hop, in the form of DJ sets, live acts and concerts”.
