A Buffalo resident in New York City reacted to Saturday’s attack on Tops Friendly Market, arguing that armed citizens were the key to stopping the mass shooting.
Speaking to FOX News, the resident said, “This is ridiculous. [and] Something must change from the bottom up. “If they’re not doing something, we should be doing something too,” he said.
I feel sorry for the people there because after the guard was shot…[the attacker] people are still shooting. ”
Calm said, “If more people were armed and knew what they were doing with guns – because they weren’t guns. This is a gunman who can’t move.”

“I hope someone comes here,” said the resident, who suggested that more people take up arms to protect themselves.
