“Today we announce 48 new measures at Simplex 2022, of which it is possible to highlight some, not because of their intrinsic importance, but in some way because of their visibility,” said Mário Campolargo, Secretary of State for Digitization, noting that the measures “ they are intended to guarantee that the citizen, in his relationship with the public administration, satisfies the needs he has”.

This is a measure planned for the second quarter of 2023.

The 48 measures announced are available in place of the AMA – Agency for Administrative Modernization, where they can be seen in detail, in which they try to bring the Public Administration closer to the citizen and anticipate some of the needs, he said. Beyond Digitized Health Examswhich aims to “completely dematerialize all the requirements for complementary diagnostic and therapeutic means, covering all areas of examination, making it available for consultation by using the SNS portal and the SNS24 app”, or Simplex 2022 foresees the ‘Primary Health Care always in line’.

This aims to “expand the response capabilities of the citizen service lines by the primary health care units (PSC), reinforcing the increase in capacity through Interactive Voice Response (IVR), with reduction of unanswered calls and interaction with the citizen”, according to Simplex 2022.

Simplex 2022 also foresees the Fund Linewhich will provide an integrated “multi-channel” service to support all those who interact with European funds.

Before the end of the year, with a completion date in the third quarter, there are three measures in the health area: SNS Omnicanal, Balcão SNS24 and Llamada Digital.
