The president of the PSD, Luís Montenegro, accused the prime minister on Monday of condemning the executive director of the National Health Service and the control minister to failure, saying that the policy will remain the same.
“This chief executive of the NHS and the Minister of Health are doomed from day one. When the President of the Government said, after replacing the head of Health, that he was going to change the minister but the policy would remain the same, he condemned the minister and his collaborators to failure, ”said the Social Democratic leader.
Luís Montenegro was speaking to journalists in Vila Velha de Ródão, where he traveled as part of the second day of the “Feel Portugal” program, which began on Sunday in the Castelo Branco district.
The PSD leader stressed that without changing the health policy, “the results are the same”????????
“If they [ministro da tutela e diretor do SNS] changing the policy will overrule the prime minister. It is a mess that, by the way, is a dominant note of the first months of this government, ”he stressed.
