Hassun explained that this goal requires a lot of effort and fatigue, in addition to having elements that can help the team compete, especially after the expiration of the contracts of a number of players, as well as the tendency to make do with some, given that the achievement of goals should be based on knowledge and ability.

Hassun revealed that the team is currently negotiating and signing contracts with a number of local players who are subject to audition, while the material factor remains one of the biggest hurdles for the team and players, in addition to examining the duration of one player contracts. or two seasons, showing that team members will not be completed until the upcoming Elite Revitalization Cup matches.

The Lebanese coach indicated that he had asked the administration to raise a number of young players with a bright future into the ranks of the first team and demanded that they be treated the same as others, whether on a financial or personal level.

Coach Al-Tadamun confirmed that the administrative and financial stability of the team is very important, which he has touched on with the southern team so far, in addition to the close supervision by the club management of exercises and all matters related to the club. , and that this issue needs technical stability for full administrative support.
