Al Ahly coach Ricardo Soares commented on his team’s goalless draw with Farko in the match between them at the end of the 28th round of the Egyptian Premier League.
Soares noted that the team played slowly in the first half and faced an organized defensive team and Al Ahly’s performance improved in the second half with the arrival of Walid Suleiman and Percy Taw and they were a threat to Farko who was a defensive block.
He added that his team lacked better offensive decision-making during the match, stressing that he tried to overcome stress by resting some players during matches and bringing in others.
Soares criticized the referee, emphasizing that the goal was and it was canceled, and the same thing happened before, and the referee was waiting for the decision of the mouse to judge the goal, although there were cases of exclusion of players from competing teams behind the team during matches played by Al- Ahli, but no decision was made.
He came to the conclusion that when there is a competent young player, an appropriate atmosphere should be created for him, so that he pushes him, participates and gradually adapts to the team.
