Polish star Robert Lewandowski expressed great joy after being introduced to fans as a Barcelona player at Camp Nou on Friday.

Lewandowski said in media statements: “Being at Spotify Camp Nou was special, I was touched by the number of fans who came to support me. It means a lot to me.”

He continued: “I want to give the fans all my skills and goals, not only at the Camp Nou but also outside of it, and my presence in the new era of Barça is a challenge for me, but it can also push other players I have done my best by helping them with my experience, I also want to help the team to think positively.”

And he continued: “I know that the last period of Barça was not easy, but when I spoke with the president and saw the project that was presented to them, I joined the team without hesitation, I think that age does not matter. I see myself still able to play at the highest level in terms of the negotiation period, I think it was not easy, but I thought moving to Barcelona was the best step for me and my family.”
