Deion Sanders criticized the Pro Football Hall of Fame for being “free for all”, by including so many unsuitable players.
After Sanders said on Friday’s podcast that the Hall of Fame was “not shitty anymore”, he also said he believes his chest is not among the less deserving players, according to TMZ.
“The Hall of Fame is no longer the Hall of Fame,” Sanders said. “This thing is getting free for everyone. If you play well, no! These are the people who changed the game. This Hall of Fame; game changer.
“My jacket [Hall of Fame] It has to be a different color,” Sanders said, 55. “There must be a start 11. There must be an upper room.”
“My head doesn’t belong to some of the other heads in the Hall of Fame.”
Sanders, who took office in 2011, has been scorned by the Hall of Fame in the past, as TMZ points out. He said that in 2020 the salon will no longer be “private”.
“Guys, Tom, Dick and Harry, you’re a Hall of Famer, a Hall of Famer, a Hall of Famer. Now they’re letting everybody in,” Sanders said. “It’s not private anymore. And I don’t like it.”
