Barcelona introduced newcomer Hector Bellerin from Arsenal on the last day of the summer Mercato.

The Spaniard is returning to the Catalan club to strengthen the right front after being a Barça academy player for many years.

“I wore this T-shirt for many years and I was sure that I could return home,” said Bellerin.

“I want to thank President Joan Laporta who made this possible, I was always sure that I could play in the first team, in the past there was an opportunity to come here and it did not come true, but I will never give up.”

And about his new teammates, he said: “I ended up in a very beautiful dressing room, with a great atmosphere, and I am sure that we can achieve excellent results, and I tell the fans to enjoy it.”

Bellerin is out of Barcelona’s squad for the match against Viktoria Pilsen as Xavi has confirmed he still needs more time to play.
