Bayern Munich striker Thomas Müller has suggested that the German national team follow everything that Real Madrid did, especially last season under coach Carlo Ancelotti.

The German team faced some problems in the last period as they drew England 3-3 in the final minutes of the match after there were two unanswered clean sheets to Germany as a result, but the England team advanced and scored 3 goals after this.

Speaking about the level of his national team, Müller said: “Maybe Real Madrid is a role model, I played under many coaches, including Carlo Ancelotti. Ancelotti has won many titles, when something goes wrong, it’s about getting back on your feet one day. It’s better to follow the same approach as Real Madrid.

Notably, Müller trained with Ancelotti at Bayern Munich when the Italian coach took over the German team following the departure of his former coach Pep Guardiola in 2016 to move to Manchester City.
