Moroccan Adel Taarabt has confirmed that the Al-Nasr club will be his last chance to fulfill the dream of his country’s participation in the 2022 World Cup in Qatar after he missed the 2018 World Cup in Russia.

Taarabt told Emirati newspaper Al-Bayan: “My goal is to return to the Moroccan national team after being on the list at various times and I hope to do well with Al-Nasr so that I have the opportunity. play in the World Cup.

The 33-year-old has expressed his joy at the promotion to the UAE league where he will play his first match with his team against Al Wasl tomorrow, Saturday.

He added that he understands that the experience will be different from the European one, but is determined to adapt and pass on his experience to the team and achieve positive results.

Adel Taarabt was last in the Moroccan squad in a friendly match he lost 3-0 to America and before that in the Sudanese 2022 African qualifier in Qatar last September.
