Manchester City’s Kevin De Bruyne praised his young teammate Phil Foden for his brilliance during the Manchester Premier League derby.
Foden scored three goals (hat-trick) against Manchester United in a match that ended in favor of Manchester City with a score of 6:3.
De Bruyne said of Foden, “Phil is only 22, I know at 22 I wasn’t the player I am now.”
“Fudin is a very good player so he’s trying to find consistency, he’s playing amazing for us so he’ll stay here for a long time.”
And he added: “What is Foden not good at? He can play more than one position on the field. I think he will end up as an outspoken striker, but at the moment he prefers to play on the wing because he has more freedom and less commitment.”
And he concluded: “In the end, I see how he plays a more outspoken striker, when he grows up and becomes more experienced, it’s all about small details to reach the required level.”
