The Tottenham Hotspur trio, Harry Kane, Richarlison and Heung-Min Son, former Tottenham Hotspur fitness coach, said goodbye to Gian Piero Ventroni, who recently died.

Kane wrote: “Really wonderful person. I was shocked by the death of our coach Gian Piero. My love and support for his family at this time. His words and wisdom will live with me for the rest of my life, and I am grateful for the opportunity to spend time with him. Rest in peace”.

Richarlison said: “Since arriving at Tottenham, Gyan has been a huge source of inspiration for me. He always said that I would help him a lot during the season, but he helped me … much more than he can imagine. Today we woke up to the news of his death and it destroyed us all. We will keep playing for you my friend who taught us to never give up! Thank you so much and rest in peace!”

Son wrote: “The world has lost a truly special person. Jian, you helped me through the most difficult times, and together we made some wonderful memories. I cannot write enough of my thanks to you and how much I owe you. I will miss you very much, thank you for everything, oh my friend, I send all my love to you and your family.”
