According to media reports, a man hired as the coordinator for the District of Columbia Public Schools Office of Justice (DCPS) took to social media to demonize white people.
Victor Javier Rodriguez, identified as the Justice Office coordinator, described his social media posts as cyberbullying.
“My job really allows me to drag and fuck principals because they lack cultural sensitivity or don’t guarantee their teachers have it, which is incredible. Rodriguez tweeted in March.

Rodriguez criticized “whiteness” in his writings, referring to the “yt” origin Caucasian people.
“Damn under my feet,” Rodriguez tweeted.
“The cracker should have been sent home,” he tweeted.
The Office of Justice described its radical agenda on its website: “At DCPS, we take individual and collective action. anti racism. “
The website has tabs that visitors can click to see the office’s mission statement, which in part states:
• We are aware of racial trauma
• We understand the impact of white supremacy on our business.
• We claim our positions at DCPS
• We are constantly learning how racism affects the lives of our students, peers and our own life experiences.
• We investigate our expectations from the “ideal” student
“We use an evidence-based anti-racist pedagogy,” the site concludes.
