  1. Locky: what is it?

  2. Locky is a company belonging to the CTT group, which was born from the desire to make life easier for those who place orders online, at an Iberian level. It was primarily designed for people who don’t want to depend on the uncertain times of home deliveries. The solution is smart order-taking lockers, which are available 24/7 for easy pick-up. They are distributed throughout the country, in areas of great comfort and easy access.

  4. There are 2 main ways to use it:

    1. On the website where you buy online, at the end of the purchase, in the “one locker” delivery option;
    2. If the site does not have the option to ship to a Locky locker, sign up for the locker service on the CTT website, select your preferred locker, and get the locker address, to place it where you make your purchase.

    For both methods, after confirming the purchase and choosing the delivery location, the customer will receive a message as soon as the order is available for collection with the unlock PIN. From that moment, you have 5 days to pick up the order, when it is most convenient for you. On the way home, at lunchtime, walking the dog, Locky is always waiting for you.

    Until July 31 you can receive any order in a Locky at no additional cost.

  5. Where are the Locky lockers?

  6. The answer is: scattered throughout the country in high-traffic areas. If you haven’t noticed, it’s because you weren’t paying attention. There are two types of networks for Locky lockers:

  • Public lockers: Installed in public spaces or spaces provided by third parties. These lockers can be located in shopping centers, supermarkets, gas stations, hospitals or intermodal stations and any e-buyer can use one of these lockers to receive their orders.
  • Private lockers: Located inside buildings to receive or deliver orders to restricted communities, for example companies and/or employees or co-owners.
  • What is the difference between the Locky service and the traditional mailbox?

  • Locky is the smart version of the mailbox. Accessible at more than 350 points where customers can send all their orders and pick them up at the time that suits them best. Interaction with Locky is done through a screen, where the codes for withdrawal are entered. It is easy!
