Rogers admitted she was “emotional” about the decision and asked how “far” states were to criminalize women “trying to control their reproductive rights”. She said the uncertainty that states could control things like weather-monitoring apps was “scary”.

People talk about privacy issues, you know the states that try to criminalize abortion not just for the women who do it, but also for the doctors who do it, the people who bring it to them in the clinic, can they find your practice? “You know, there are practices that track menstrual cycles. How far can these states go in criminalizing every aspect of women trying to control their reproductive rights? And that’s the scary thing because we don’t know what states are going to try to do.”
