Dr. Sebastian Gorka hosted Breitbart News senior correspondent Allum Bokhari at his home. America First A show to discuss the dangerous new Journalism Competition and Protection Act (JCPA) and how it will usher in a whole new era of collusion between big tech and big media.
“The goal of this bill is to create a media cartel with an antitrust exemption that would allow media companies to join forces and pressure tech companies for what they want,” said Bohari Gorke.
“This will lead to the strengthening of the algorithms of mainstream media and social networks and further suppression of their competitors.”

The JCPA is “encouraging even more collusion between big media and big tech, which is of course the worst trend we’ve seen in Silicon Valley, the rise of failed legacy media that often feeds false narratives like Russia to the American public…” Bokhari explained.
Bohari also said, “We’ve been getting statements from senators all week in Breitbart. [Rep.] Josh Hawley (R-MO) opposed the bill yesterday. We just had a story about a senator. [Thom ] Tillis (RC) opposes it – Senators Blackburn, Rubio, Cotton, Mike Lee.”
However, Bohari said some Republicans, such as Senator Lindsey Graham (RS.C.) and John Thune (R-Democrat), support the JCPA.
“I think this is a big mistake for Republicans. [who support the JCPA]because they are actually trying to bail out the same mainstream media that has labeled their voters as rebels and extremists for the past two years.
Gorka reacted by asking his listeners to contact his senators and representatives about the dangerous bill.
“This is a by-election year. Let’s put pressure on everyone there,” said Gorka. “Please find your senator’s number, find your representative’s number and call their office.”
“It means a lot to be heard and tell them they shouldn’t support the JCPA,” Gorka added.
As Breitbart News previously reported, mainstream media lobbyists are working overtime to bring Republican lawmakers to the JCPA by promising to somehow protect conservative media. But both lobbyists tell Democrats the bill will help curb online “disinformation,” a term for conservative censorship.
