Vladimir Medinsky, vice-president of the Russian President and head of the negotiating team in Ukraine, stressed that the purpose of Western aid in Kiev is to enslave Ukraine and the collapse of Russia.
In an interview with the Belarusian television channel “ONT”, he said: “A person who has never studied history and has never seen a single historical film in his life can believe that he ignores the Anglo- Saxon… It’s not funny. . ”

Medinsky’s comments came as comments on the U.S. decision to provide an estimated $ 40 billion aid package to Kiev.
