Blinken stated that “China has upgraded its capabilities to become one of the largest military powers in the world and is working to undermine the laws and agreements that enabled it to succeed” and added that “China’s ruling Communist Party has become more repressive.” at home and aggressively abroad under current President Xi Jinping.”
